Introducing The Sour Graff, a Dabinett Apple Sour Beer made in collaboration with our good friends and neighbours Anspach and Hopday.
We love to collab with like-minded producers, and we're proud to take Graff to the next stage of its evolution. Made with the strong, robust juice of Dabinett apples, this was paired with a light beer wort inspired by a Berliner Weisse style of beer, prior to fermentation right here on the Bermondsey Beer Mile.
The Graff is light and tart, with aromas of apple, citrus fruit and ripe mango.
The acidity is firm on the palate, but a soft, malt character provides balance, leading to a crisp dry finish.
