This might be our juiciest cider yet. A boatload of perfectly ripe pineapples made their way into the mix, freshly cut into chunks and thrown straight into the tank to co-ferment alongside fresh-pressed Braeburn juice. After two weeks shadowboxing in the fermenter, we press the soaked pineapple chunks to form another lush layer, blended back into the cider for natural fruit sweetness.
